The North Carolina bred rapper, known by his stage name Chosen Ra, is an American recording artist and songwriter born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. While moving a lot at a younger age, he spent a lot of his childhood in Newton Grove, a small country town also in the Carolina's. Chosen Ra discovered his musical talent after recording a song in 2008 that grew attention. After moving to Atlanta in 2010, he started learning the music business along side some of the music industry's heavy hitters.
His creative wordplay with the mixture of southern Hip Hop and soulful R&B finds a way to make his experience relatable to many audiences. He's collaborated with the likes of Billboard Winning Producer Will A Fool and a few well known DJs thus far. His raspy and catchy voice makes him a versatile artist that helps widens his fan base. Chosen Ra's vision and style is undeniably deeper than rap and his music is a reflection of that.
